Cookie Dough Update

After a long wait, our cookie dough order was finally delivered — unfortunately, it arrived in a completely unacceptable condition. The order was transported in a regular cargo van instead of a frozen truck as required, and much of the product arrived melted and at room temperature. For safety and quality reasons, we could not accept the delivery.
Due to this issue and ongoing supply problems with the vendor, the PTA has made the decision to refund all orders in full.
Refund details:
• Credit card purchases will be refunded directly through Mrs. Fields - you will see an email from “Fundraising Manager”.
• Families who submitted paper order forms will receive a check from the PTA the week of January 20.
